Overview

Builders Center of Chicago is proud to present the BCC Advantage Program, the first Real Estate Membership Rewards System of its kind.

Advantage Program Membership allows customers to earn Points which are redeemable for home products, furnishings and a variety of professional services.

In addition to the basics, members:

• Earn up to 200 Advantage Points simply by signing up
• Attend exclusive BCC hosted events and educational seminars
• Gain Advantage Points for referring new Members to the program
• Register to receive regular updates on Real Estate developments in Chicago
• Earn many other great offers & benefits based on level of Membership

There are 3 types of Membership: Basic, Premier & Associate. Members also recieve our monthly Advantage Newsletter.

Basic Membership

Basic Membership is free to join and there are no qualifications.  Basic Members receive:

• 50 Advantage Points simply by signing up
• 150 points for upgrading to Premier Membership
• Advantage Points for every eligible purchase
• Invitations to exclusive BCC hosted events and educational seminars
• Advantage Points for referring new Members to the program
• Regular updates on Real Estate developments in Chicago
• Earn many other great offers & benefits based on level of Membership

Premier Membership

Individuals or businesses must qualify for Premier Membership. Members qualify in a variety of ways, some of which include: Moving into a BCC development as a renter or rent to owner, purchasing or selling a home or condominium, or investing in the BCC for a project or development. Highlights of Premier Membership include:

• 200 points for enrolling
• 10 points a month
• 10% off cash portion of sales.
• 10% cash sales spent back in points
• All referral benefits

Associate Membership

Associate Members are licensed professionals in the Real Estate industry that have completed BCC Training/Orientation. Associate members include, but are not limited to, designers, contractors, salespersons and leasing agents. Highlights of Associate.

In addition to the benefits of the Basic Membership, you also receive:

• 200 points for enrolling
• 10 points a month
• 30% off cash portion of sales
• 10% of cash sales spent back in points
• 1% cash back for all money spent by referrals
• All referral benefits

FAQ

Q. What is a “Point” worth? Is this program like other rewards programs where it takes thousands of points to get the most basic of items?
A. Advantage Points are valuable. One Point has a cash equivalent of approximately 66 cents. So to receive a product that sells for $10, a Member needs only 15 Advantage Points.

Q. What can I use my Advantage Points towards?
A. Advantage Points can be used towards all Builders Showroom products and a variety of professional services offered through Builders Center.

Q. What services can I redeem my Advantage Points for?
A. You can redeem Advantage Points for services provided by BCC that include: interior design, glasswork, and much more. Contact us to learn more.

Q. What if I don’t have enough Points to purchase the item that I want?
A. Members can use Advantage Points towards discounts on merchandise and pay the remaining balance.

Q. What is it going to cost me to sign up?
A. Membership in the BCC Advantage Program is free. There is no cost to join and no monthly fees.

Q. I’ve never seen this type of program applied to the real estate industry before? How is the BCC able to make a Membership Program possible?
