- 16 years in Russia working on construction of industrial, commercial, residential & military projects;
- Since 1989, working in Chicago on new construction single family, multi-unit and multi-purpose buildings, rehabilitation of buildings to rental or to condo purposes.
- Association: President of Builders Experts of America, Inc. & Builders Showroom, Realtor, Developer
Igor Pesotsky / Partner
Education: Civil Engineer
Experience:
- 8 years in Russia working on construction of commercial and residential mid
- 15 years in Chicago working on new construction single family, multi-unit and multi-purpose buildings, rehabilitation of buildings to rental or to condo purposes.
- Association: Vice President of Builders Experts of America, Inc. & Builders Showroom, Developer
Eugene Zarkhin / Partner
Education: Bachelor of Information Systems
Experience:
- 5 years of experience in Information Technology, including Server Engineer & Software Development
- Real Estate Development
- Association: President of GEM Realty Partners, Developer
