Builders Center of Chicago (BCC), a south side real estate developer, in conjunction with the South Shore Clergy Committee of Chicago has produced The Chicago Block Club Manual, a guide to organizing and growing a local block club. The manual contains specifics from election to the block’s board, to contact information for local leaders. Using the manual, the clergy committee will assist local residents to take back their neighborhood.
