Builders Center of Chicago (BCC) has been cultivating and developing relationships in the Chicago real estate industry for well over twenty years. During that time we have developed a lot of real estate, as well as a solid working relationship with some of Chicago’s strongest and most reliable suppliers. From the first days breaking ground to the final touches on our model units all of our suppliers have proved time and again to meet the strict standards of the BCC.

Through the BCC’s Buying Power Program we are now able to extend the benefits of our years spent cultivating these relationships to you. Whatever the size and scope of your project, the Builders Center Buying Power Program enables and encourages you to utilize our preferred vendors - with access to the preferred pricing we receive - for your own building needs. There is no cost to you for utilizing this service, just fill out some brief information and we’ll coordinate the rest.

Process

• Fill out and submit a brief informational request to get the process started.
• Review and sign off on our Buying Power terms and conditions.
• Submit that information to the Builders Showroom for processing.
• We will follow up to obtain any additional needed information, blueprints, dimensions, material specifications, etc.
• We coordinate internally to contact the necessary suppliers based off of your individual request.
• Those suppliers are then turned over to you to coordinate order, payment, delivery of your materials.
• Along the way, BCC follows up to ensure what you pay the suppliers is what we pay.
