The Boost Program starts with an initial assessment of the property, its positioning, and an overall situation analysis. The partner team becomes directly involved in this stage of the project. Anatoly Zarkhin handles developer relations and overall project management. Anatoly reviews the overall concept of the project to determine if the project will be successful. Igor Pesotsky reviews the design and construction elements of the project to assure the project can be brought in on time, on schedule and on budget. Eugene Zarkhin reviews the project from a marketing, sales and operations standpoint. This review is essential and provides the developer input to the potential success of the development and how BCC can help to assure success.

Whether combined or totally ala carte, the BCC Boost Package can include a variety of services to assure success. From development consulting through the last details of turning over the property to the owners, BCC has the experience and personnel to make it happen. Here are some of the services available:

We know the type of projects that will have the best opportunity for success in partnership with BCC. Here are the preferences we have when working with other developer (and in all likelihood will be most successful):
Preferences:
- BCC prefers to work along the lake, North and South side of Chicago. Possibly northern suburbs.
- Size – Multi-unit: up to 30 units for new construction, unlimited for rehab Single Family: new construction only
- Type – Residential or mixed use, Rental or Condo
- Stage – Anywhere between “have blue prints and about to apply for permits” to “Before or just started finishes”
In this way, we have the opportunity to have the most influence on a project, but we are open to conversations about other projects as well.
