Builders Advantage: Buying Power
Program Terms and Conditions
The Builders Showroom Buying Power Program (the Program) is a non-obligation, voluntary program offered to real estate professionals interested in utilizing the Builders Showroom’s established relationships and extensive track record in the real estate industry.
The Builders Showroom retains no obligations or responsibilities as to the Program and its outcome. The Builders Showroom makes no warranties as to the programs availability to any party as well. The Builders Showroom reserves the right to refuse the availability or offerings from the Buying Power Program to any party, person, or individual at anytime, for any reason.
The Builders Showroom sole function and purpose for offering the Program is to serve the client as an intermediary and connecting party to Builders Showroom’s preferred vendors. After thoroughly gauging the client’s interests and needs, the Builders Showroom connects the client with preferred vendors as a way to facilitate the fulfillment of the clients needs through the preferred vendors. The Builders Showroom, its affiliates, member companies, partners, employees, and agents are in no way responsible for the performance or non-performance of any party, the client included to any agreement or relationship established as a result of participating in the Program.
As a connecting party, the sole function of the Builders Showroom is to make an introduction between the client and the preferred vendor parties. All agreements, contracts, and terms established between those parties as a result of the Builders Showrooms introduction or non introduction is of any liability, knowledge, retention, consequence, or ownership to the Builders Showroom, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and/or other partners and employees.
Indemnification
You agree that participation in the Program is completely voluntary, you agree to indemnify and hold the Builders Showroom its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by yourself and/or any third party due to or arising out of: (i) your use of the Buying Power Program (ii) your participation in the Buying Power Program (iii) your violation or disregard of this Agreement.
