Please be advised that this notice is intended to provide clarification regarding terms of submitting service requests.
By submitting the form you acknowledge receipt of this Notice.
If you are a unit owner then the following applies;
As a owner/resident of your unit you are expected to conform to certain responsibilities including not subjecting the premises of your unit and common areas to excessive and/or ianpropriate use.
Excessive or inappropriate uses of equipment/facilities includes but are not limited to:
- Leaving a clogged sink/bathtub causing damage to the unit or neighboring units,
- Overstuffing washer/dryer with items that should not be placed in those machines,
- Damaged/Cracked windows,
- HVAC unit filters not changed by owner every 2 months, and
- Other damage to equipment/facilities that is caused by unreasonable use.
When something breaks or needs to be brought to the attention of property management please follow the process of submitting a service request online.
Please keep the following in mind when submitting a service request;
- We will send someone out to make the appropriate repairs,
- Management will review the repairs invoice after completion and will make certain determinations regarding responsibility of payment,
- If the repairs/service request work address warranty, punch list items, or common area maintanence then Management will pay the invoice.
- If the service request is for something other than categories above or if Management determines that the repairs were necessitated because of excessive or inappropriate use of the equipment/facilities then Unit Owner will be responsible for paying the repairs invoice.
